Torbay Pharmaceuticals (TP) have a great opportunity for an experienced PMO (Programme Management Office) person to lead on governance, project standards and planning across TP’s diverse portfolio of projects.
We are looking for a pragmatic person, from a PMO background, who will be able to apply deep subject matter knowledge in a way that is sympathetic to TP but which raises project quality standards. You must have excellent communication skills – both verbal and written, comfortable working with Director and Executive levels. You will be highly methodical and organised approach to work ensuring the ability to work accurately under pressure and to tight deadlines
Set up in 2020, the Programmes, PMO and Continuous Improvement team has grown fast and is in high demand. We are a very diverse group both in terms of professional backgrounds (pharmaceuticals, financial services, publishing) and age range (from 30’s to 60’s).
