The Quality Control Department consists of 31 members of staff across Microbiology, Chemistry, R&D and Stability. The Chemistry laboratory totals 12 staff members experienced in testing to BP, EP and USP monographs as well as in-house methods for raw materials and finished products.

A separate Stability team of 5 staff members utilises the same equipment and has access to purpose built temperature and humidity controlled stability chambers for testing of our finished products.

A Research and Development (R&D) team of 5 staff members also has access to 3 further dedicated HPLCs and a Linear Ion-Trap Mass Spectrometer to assist in method development, validation and product development.

The Microbiology Laboratory has 9 members of staff, techniques include Test for Sterility, Bacterial Endotoxin Testing and Enumeration Testing.
